Can I Buy In Person And Leave With My Purchase On The Day Of My Appointment?

Yes! Kindly note that we require up to 25 minutes (except Neat and Alive, they require 45 minutes) to prepare your order. Please come with a vehicle that can accommodate your purchase!

Do I Need To Prepare Anything Before The Consultation?

Yes! To make the most of your consultation, please prepare the following:

Measure your space – Note the dimensions of the area where you’d like to position your workspace.
Take a picture or note your flooring type – This helps us understand the room’s layout and materials.
List your equipment and accessories – Count how many monitors you use and list any accessories that will be part of your workspace setup.
Locate your nearest power outlet – Knowing where it is will help us plan your setup efficiently.

Can I Reschedule Or Cancel My Consultation?

Yes, once you book your consultation, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team.
