Once your access is granted, log in to your account and browse our website to find everything you need.
03. Place Your Order
Checkout online and secure your order with a minimum 40% deposit—we’ll start production right away. Pay conveniently by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance is due within NET 45 payment terms.
04. Production & Delivery
It takes about four weeks to prepare your standard item orders. Once ready, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule delivery. We'll check in with you once received to make sure it's just right. In the meantime, we're just a call or email away if you need anything. For more information on our delivery methods, click here.
05. Reorder Anytime
As your business grows, restocking is simple! Log in to your account to view past orders and reorder effortlessly.

Do you offer custom desks?

Is an assembly service available?
Yes, assembly is available in select locations. Let us know if you'd like to include this service, and we'll add it to your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Card and Wire Transfers.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes! We offer three shipping options:
- Standard Delivery (Threshold or via Courier, at our discretion)
- In-Room Delivery (Delivered to the room of your choice)
- In-Room Delivery & Assembly
Our standard delivery includes an appointment and threshold service—meaning the carrier will call you when your order arrives at their terminal to schedule your delivery at your convenience. The driver will bring your order to the first dry area and sheltered area (building entrance or lobby). You'll need at least two strong individuals to help bring everything up to your floor. If you have a designated loading area, we can direct the driver there as well.
If moving the furniture yourself isn’t ideal, we also offer In-Room Delivery & Assembly (if available in your area). For an additional fee, this service includes delivery right to your floor and, if needed, professional assembly. Due to the weight and number of pieces, this option is more expensive, but it's well worth it for the convenience and to avoid the heavy lifting.
