We’re convinced you’ll love working with our height adjustable desks and so we decided to offer you the chance to return the desk within 30 days of the purchasing date if you aren’t satisfied.

All exchange or refund requests must be sent to before the end of the 30-day period.

The desk must be returned in its original package or an equivalent. The refund will be executed in the same format as the payment was made. 

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable and the shipping fees to return the desk are to be assumed by the client. Custom orders (custom desks, chairs, and accessories) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The refund will take place 5-10 business days following the reception of the desk at our head office. 

Directives concerning all returns and exchanges

Send us an email at and be sure to give us your full name, the name of the product, the reason for the exchange/refund as well as the receipt of your purchase. The exchange/refund must be approved by ergonofis. An authorization code will be sent to you once approved.

Warranty on all woodtops

All our desk tops are made of solid wood and with that comes certain irregularities like knots for instance. These knots vary from one wood slab to another and this trait is one of the many traits that give solid wood its uniqueness. Therefore, the warranty does not apply to the woodgrain, it’s limited to the defect in material and in workmanship. In the case that a solid wood top must be changed and ergonofis no longer offers the essence in question, ergonofis reserves the right to replace the wood top by another top with equal worth.

Please note that solid wood is subject to:

Variations in the wood grain (as mentioned above)
A slight change of color over time (can easily be taken care of with the right oil, send us an email if it happens
    The warranty is applicable for 1 years, subject to the limitations below:

    The variations in the finish
    Normal use
    Scratches and dents resulting from the misuse of the product
    All conditions resulting from a lack of maintenance (very little maintenance needed, refer to our maintenance guide for more info)
    The color change caused by direct exposure to sun light for a prolonged period


      Warranty on all electric frame set

      We warrants to the original purchaser that its frame set, including the motors, are free from defects in design, material and workmanship.
      The warranty is applicable 10 years for the frame and 5 years for electrical components. We offer extended warranties for additional charges, please contact us at for more information. The warranties are subject to the limitations below:

      Defaults caused by inadequate installation and/or use
      All products that were modified or repaired by the user or a third party other than ergonofis
      Normal use
        Please note that the warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser, it is not transferable.


        What happens if any parts defect while the warranty is still applicable? 
        If you have an ergonofis desk that defects during the warranty period, send us an email at explaining what happened. Depending on the issue, we may be able to fix it with you over the phone. If not, we will replace parts or the entire frame, within 48 hours.

        ergo+ extended warranty

        On the electrical components of ergonofis height adjustable frame

        Every height adjustable frame comes with three years of coverage for the repair of electronic components and 10 years of coverage for the steel structure. 

        The ergo+ warranty extends coverage on electronic components to 5 years from the original purchase, each service subject to a $39 travel fee. The warranty covers normal use.
