How to prepare for your appointment
Measure the space where you would like to position your workspace.
Take a picture or note down the type of flooring in the room where your workspace will be located.
Tally how many monitors and what kind of accessories you will use in your workspace.
Note where the nearest power outlet to your workspace is.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy in person and leave with my purchase on the day of my appointment?
Yes! Kindly note that we require up to 25 minutes (except Neat and Alive, they require 45 minutes) to prepare your order. Please come with a vehicle that can accommodate your purchase!
Can I purchase the YouToo chair in the showroom?
You can buy the YouToo chair in the showroom but can’t leave with right away. They are assembled to order. The chair will be shipped to your home within the standard delays.
Can you add grommets to my surface in the showroom?
Yes!
Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Canada and the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
