Everything you need to know about our shipping and lead times.

We ship to Canada and the United States. We do not currently ship to Europe. There are regions in Canada and the United States that we do not ship to. The exceptions in Canada are Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon. The United States' exceptions are Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Us Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

You will never have to pay any extra border taxes or fees. We will pay them for you!

The majority of our products are in stock, ready to be shipped from our distribution center in Montreal. So, if you’re looking to make your office space a little more comfortable, we’ve got you covered.

However, due to increased demand, some of our products are out of stock. Rest assured, our production is back up and running, it simply means that the lead times might be longer on some products. You can find the shipping estimate for the product(s) you are interested in below. We’ll update the list every week.

* A business day means any day except Saturdays, Sundays, and any holiday.

* Delivery time are calculated from the day of shipping and may vary between 2 to 8 days depending on the location.

Please note that at Ergonofis, we reserve the right to combine the shipment of multiple orders placed within a short time frame and going to the same address. This helps optimize the shipping process and reduce environmental impact. Additionally, accessories purchased at the same time as desks will be shipped together, adhering to the desk's shipping timelines. We appreciate your understanding and remain available for any further questions.

We only ever provide delivery timelines when we are confident we can meet them, and we’re working hard to restock any affected products as fast as possible. We’ll keep you updated if we are able to get your product to you sooner than originally estimated.

If your order includes multiple products (some in stock, some not), you might receive them in separate shipments.

*Please note, these lead times are only estimates. Once the orders are in the hands of ergonofis’ shipping partners, it’s out of ergonofis’ control how long they will take to be delivered to your home or office. The lead times shown are the average lead times. ergonofis will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur.

We offer three shipping options:

• Standard Delivery (Threshold or via Courier, at our discretion)
• In-Room Delivery (Delivered to the room of your choice)
• In-Room Delivery & Assembly

Our standard delivery includes an appointment and threshold service—meaning the carrier will call you when your order arrives at their terminal to schedule your delivery at your convenience.  The driver will bring your order to the first dry area and sheltered area (building entrance or lobby). You'll need at least two strong individuals to help bring everything up to your floor.

If moving the furniture yourself isn’t ideal, we also offer In-Room Delivery & Assembly (if available in your area). For an additional fee, this service includes delivery right to your floor and, if needed, professional assembly. Due to the weight and number of pieces, this option is more expensive, but it's well worth it for the convenience and to avoid the heavy lifting.
