Win Your Dream Desk Setup

Have the chance to win a Sway Standing Desk, a YouToo Ergonomic Chair and a Desk Shelf from Ergonofis.

To Participate : 

• Share a video on TikTok wherein you tell us why you love our brand and our products (no minimum follower count, but your account must be public).
• Make sure to tag @ergonofis and use #ergonofisgiveaway2023 in your caption so we can see your video.
• You have until September 25th 11:59 p.m. (ET) to post your video. Our marketing team will select the winner based on the video's genuineness and creativity. The winner will be announced via our TikTok account on September 26th 2023.

Open to all residents, aged 18 years and older, of the contiguous United States and Canada.

 

Contest Rules

Conditions of participation in the competition:

• The account used to post the video must be public and must be your own.
• No purchase necessary to participate.

Egilibility:
This contest is open to people aged 18 and over and residing in Canada or the contiguous United States. Employees, representatives, or persons with whom they are domiciled of Ergonofis cannot participate in the giveaway. (Article 12 of the Rules on Publicity Contests of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux). Upon request and in a timely manner, the winner will be required to provide valid photo ID and mailing address.

Participation Limitations:
Only one entry (1 video posted on TikTok) per account is accepted to be eligible to win the prize of this giveaway. Those who fail to adhere to this rule will be excluded from participating in the giveaway.

Deadline for participation in the competition:
Start: Septmber 4th 2023 at 12:00 a.m. (ET)
End: September 25th 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (ET)

Description of the method of awarding prizes:
The winner will be selected by Ergonofis.

Functionning of the jury:
First, Ergonofis' social media manager will select 15 finalists among all entries. The determination of the finalists is left to the sole discretion of Ergonofis' social media manager.

Then, the videos of the 15 finalists will be shown to 4 preselected employees from Ergonofis' marketing team, who will form the jury. Each member of jury will then rate the videos based on the following critera on a score of 10.

- Genuinity (score on 10)
- Creativity (score on 10)

The video with the highest score out of 20 will be the winner. No explanation will be provided following the jury's decision.

Detailed description of the prize offered and its value:
One (1) prize of a total value between CAN$2,935.00 and CAN$3,885.00 which includes the following:

• 1 x Sway Standing Desk 30" X 60" (valued between CAN$1,795.00 and CAN$2,695.00)
• 1 x Ergonomic YouToo Chair - Fabric combo, No additional ergonomic adjustments (valued at CAN$895)
• 1 x Desk Shelf (valued between $CAN245.00 and $CAN295.00)

Place and date of the designation of the prize winner:
The winner's account username will be announced on Ergonofis' TikTok account on September 26th, 2023.

Place, date and time limit at which the prize must be claimed:
Within 5 days of the giveaway winner annoucement, Ergonofis will contact the winner via TikTok to organize the selection and delivery of the prize.The winner has until October 10th, 2023, to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in the loss of the right to the prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next selected participant, and the same procedure will be followed, until a winner is determined.

Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
