At Ergonofis, we aim to be there for our clients, and ensure that everyone is satisfied with their purchase. If you see a different price after your purchase, we are there to help, based on the conditions below.

Price Adjustment Policy

Your order may be eligible for a price adjustment if an item in your order has gone on sale and hasn't been delivered yet.

If the item has gone on sale and has been delivered, but is still within our 30-day risk free trial policy, please contact us at info@ergonofis.com. 

The price price adjustment policy is not applicable for the following:

• Already discounted merchandise;
• The Almost Perfect collection;
• Price variations due to the CAD-USD currency exchange rate.

Price Match Policy

If an Ergonofis item is sold by an authorized retailer, at a lower price, Ergonofis will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:

• The same style, size, colour, material of the item must be in stock on the authorized retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made;
• The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes and duty fees, must be lower than the final Ergonofis checkout price;
• The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed on the Ergonofis website.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Ergonofis occasionally offers discount codes and promotions.

Please review the following conditions when trying to apply a discount code:

• If a code is invalid or has expired, a replacement will not be issued;
• For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items;
• Discount codes can’t be combined with other discount codes or promotions;
• Each coupon is valid for a limited time only;
• Discount codes can’t be applied to services offered by ergonofis (e.g. installation services, etc)

Making a price adjustment / price match request

If your order is eligible under the above listed conditions, you can request a price match review by sending us an email with attached proof of price difference to info@ergonofis.com. Shortly after we receive your request in written form, one of Customer Experience specialists will contact you to discuss your request.
