Contest Rules

Conditions of participation in the giveaway:

• No purchase required to participate.
• Tag a friend in the comment section of Renz Sadiwa (@renzsadiwa)'s Instagram Reel about this giveaway, posted on November 6, 2023.

Egilibility:
This contest is open to people aged 18 and over, residing in Canada or the contiguous United States. Employees, representatives, or persons with whom they are domiciled of Ergonofis cannot participate in the giveaway. (Article 12 of the Rules on Publicity Contests of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux). Upon request and in a timely manner, the winner will be required to provide valid photo ID and mailing address.

Deadline for participation in the giveaway:
Start: November 6, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (ET)
End: November 12, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (ET)

Description of the method of awarding prizes:
The winner will be selected randomly by Ergonofis.

Detailed description of the prize offered and its value:
One (1) Sway Desk, 30" x 60", wood essence and frame colour of the winner's choice.

Place and date of the designation of the prize winner:
The winner's name will be announced on Renz's Instagram Stories on November 13, 2023.

Place, date and time limit at which the prize must be claimed:
Within 7 days of the giveaway winner announcement, Ergonofis will contact the winner via email to organize the selection and delivery of the prize.The winner has until November 28th, 2023, to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in the loss of the right to the prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next selected participant, and the same procedure will be followed, until a winner is determined.

Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
