Almost Perfect Leather Desk Pad

After trying many different synthetic-leather desk pads, I wanted to buy a genuine leather desk pad because they're unique and have character, and they patina and build even more character over time. This makes buying “almost new” an easy sell - sure, I could buy one that’s in pristine condition, but that goes against why I wanted a genuine leather desk pad in the first place.

This desk pad is 10/10, and my only regret is spending money on other desk pads first and not buying this one sooner.

I love the desk mat, I accept that it’s an almost perfect product, however it had 2 large scratch like marks in the leather (assuming scars), and also had large stripes / marks - so I feel like it’s really less than almost perfect. I would consider it almost perfect if it had one mark or one line, but to have so many defects feels like it was the least desirable piece of the lot. Perhaps provide photos of the available items you have to ship with varying prices so people can make more informed decisions.
