literally no hitches whatsoever. the service was awesome. I made a mistake during my order and they fixed it for me very rapidly (Thanks Jordan!). The product feels extremely sturdy and I love the soft-touch finish. Pretty hard to scratch and easy to clean as well. My only negative (and this is super minor) is that I wish the cable for the height control panel was a bit longer for better cable tucking and management.

I ordered the Almost Perfect version of the Shift desk and I have to tell you, it is perfect! I could not find a defect at all and it was in better shape on arrival than our other desk we ordered elsewhere a few years ago. The motor is fast and quiet and the 7 feet of desk space is amazing. I love the black top and find the desk to be very sturdy and well made. I am thrilled and so happy I took at chance on the Almost Perfect as it was a great decision!
