To allow flexibility for installation, we do not pre-drill holes on the Alive desk for the drawer. Since every Alive surface is unique, we want to ensure that you get to decide the optimal positioning for your drawer.
Solid wood has imperfections and irregularities that will vary from one slab to another, such as knots. This trait is one of the many traits that give solid wood its character and uniqueness. We fill the holes on top of the stand with epoxy to make sure that your stand is even.
Make sure to keep a constant temperature and humidity level, ideally between 18 and 21 ° C and between 45 and 55% for the humidity level. Variations may put your stand under stress, which may result in cracks and curves.

Built with finishes that perfectly match our bestselling sit-stand desks, the Sway and the Shift, the drawer is the perfect addition to your ergonofis desk. * Please note that the drawer was designed to fit well under any Shift or Sway desk that is 30'' deep by 60'' wide or more. It will not fit under the 24” deep by 48” wide variation.
Our drawer fits well under any of our Shift and Sway and Alive desk that is 30'' deep and more. Please take a look at the technical drawings to see the measurements. We are not responsible if the drawer does not fit under a desk that isn't from ergonofis. Please note that our drawer doesn't fit with our 24'' deep desks and any other desk purchased before 2017.
The best way to clean the drawer is to gently rub it with a damp rag or towel (not soaked). Don’t use any cleaning products to help to keep the wood finish intact.
It takes roughly 10 minutes to install the drawer.
You can only install the drawer on the left side of your desk. If installed on the right side, it will interfere with the inlay handset.
Unfortunately you can't, installing a drawer on the right side will interfere with the inlay handset.
