-
Manage the full shipping cycle — DTC and B2B, domestic and cross-border Canada-US (LTL, palletized freight, last-mile courier) via a shipping aggregator; optimize costs and lead times.

Produce and validate import/export customs documentation, and apply Importer of Record structures (DDP/DDU models).
-
Ensure warehouse receiving, verification, inventory management, and order preparation, by SKU and product line.
-
Supervise and guide warehouse staff (receiving, order picking) as the team grows.
-
Operate a forklift for handling heavy and bulky goods.
-
Coordinate supplier replenishments (unit orders; minimum order quantities on certain components).
-
Liaise with the after-sales service team for parts, returns, and rerouting.
-
Define and document logistics procedures for an operation in full relaunch.
Requirements
-
French-English bilingualism, both spoken and written (predominantly American clientele; international suppliers and carriers).
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in logistics.
-
Experience in international logistics (multi-country importing, Europe and Asia) and Canada-US cross-border shipping.
-
Working knowledge of incoterms, customs brokerage, and import/export documentation (IOR, DDP/DDU models).
-
Up-to-date knowledge of import/export rules and CUSMA inclusion/exclusion criteria (rules of origin, SKU eligibility).
-
AEC in e-commerce, logistics, or management — or higher/equivalent degree.
-
Valid forklift operator license.
-
Ability to supervise other employees (guidance, task distribution in the warehouse).
-
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and shipping aggregators.
-
Proven autonomy to structure operations without pre-established procedures.
