Contest Rules

Conditions of participation in the competition;

• Like the YouTube video
• Subscribe to the YouTube channel Justin Tse
• Follow Instagram accounts @justin.tse and @ergonofis
• Comment under the YouTube video: include your Instagram handle and use #ergonofis
• Reside in Canada or in the United States
• One entry per person

Deadline for participation in the competition;

• Start: December 9, 2021
• End: December 22, 2021, 11:59pm

Description of the method of awarding prizes;

• Random draw among the comments under the YouTube video on Justin Tse’s channel that respect all requirements.

Detailed description of the prizes offered and the value of each;

One (1) prize of a total value of CAN$2,810 including:

• 1 x Sway Desk, 30” x 60”, Walnut, Black base (value of CAN$2,495)
• 1 x Cable management solution, 58”, Black (value of CAN$315)

Place, date and precise time of the designation of the prize winner;

• The winner will be announced on Justin Tse’s YouTube channel on December 23, 2021, 10am.

Place, date and time limit at which the prizes must be claimed;

• The winner has until December 22, 2022, to claim their prize. The ergonofis team will contact the winner via email to organize the delivery of the prize.

Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
