Almost Perfect Ergo Frame

I was on the look for a sit-stand desk due to the lack of options for shorter desks. A friend had recommended me this brand, and I loved how the company is local. The reason why I opted for the Almost perfect frame was because I also wanted to build my desk within a budget. Honestly upon inspecting the frame, I cannot tell that are any visual flaws on this frame. It feels and looks brand new. I was very impressed.

Installation was easy, and I had my own surface. Overall it took about an hour to set up the desk fully (From unboxing, screwing holes into my surface, and carrying everything from the main level to my office on the 2nd floor of my home). My first use with the desk was great improvement to my previous set up. That desk being not very ergonomically suited to my body.

My only minor comment is that there is very minor wobble, but it is mostly noticeable in standing mode. Typically the wobble can be seen on anything that is attached to monitors arms that I have fixed to my desk. I find these types of peripherals are most prone to wobble, so it was expected. The desk itself does not produce any noticeable wobble. So do not expect a wobble free experience if you plan to clamp or drill any arms. I have used other commercial grade sit-stands (Teknion & Herman Miller) at work, and even those are not free from these issues.

If you ever see the Almost perfect frame in stock, go for it! Especially if you're on a budget like me, the money you save can be put towards more affordable surface options (like a butcher block or IKEA counter tops). But also, don't forget to do your own research. With this frame, I have spent around $800 for what feels like a $1,200 desk!
